Muay Thai is suitable for all ages, skill levels, and physical fitness levels.
Muay Thai is a martial art from Thailand that's also known as the "art of eight limbs". It's taught for self-defense, recreational sport, and amateur and professional competition.
You should wear gym shorts or leggings that stop above the knees, a t-shirt, and wrist wraps if you want them. You can train barefoot, but gloves and shin guards will be provided if you don't have your own.
You can only spar if you've received your coach's approval.
Beginners should start by training 1-2 times a week, and then increase to 3-5 times a week once they're ready
We offer pay as you go and monthly. Training is affordable. The monthly way is a great deal if you want to train more than once a week. It will work out a lot cheaper than pay as you go.
