Adult (1 Hour): £35
Perfect for individuals seeking focused attention to refine their skills, improve fitness, or work on specific goals.

Junior (45 Minutes): £30
Designed for younger athletes to develop their Muay Thai abilities in a fun and engaging way, while improving fitness and discipline.

Extra Person: £5
Bring a friend or family member! For each additional person joining the session, a £5 fee will be applied.

 

Personal Training with Kieran, Lewis, or Daniel
