New gym coming October 2024!
Our classes are split into junior and adult classes, beginner and advanced, allowing everyone to progress; beginners are allowed the time to learn properly, and fighters aren’t held back by a class full of “new starters”. Not everyone competes, in fact the majority of people train just for the fun of learning Muay Thai. It’s a great way to get fit and is one of the few sports that will work on the 3 types of fitness, stamina, strength and suppleness. Its also not a male dominated sport as our high level of success of female competitors.
Class for beginners and people starting out their Muay Thai jounrey. A class for all & perfect way to brush up on basics. Includes Bag work, basic pad holding & exercises. Take each session at your own pace!
Class for people with a decent level of real Muay Thai. Advanced training focused on fighting methods so shin pads & gumsheild are needed some times. Includes lots of pad work, drills, exercises and clinch work.
Both sparring sessions are controlled technical sparring with the proper equipment and coachs watching. Please speak to a coach before coming to sparring to make sure you are ready.
Class for beginners and kids looking to enjoy Muay Thai while exercising. Focussing on the basics while building fitness and strength. These fun sessions allow the kids to enjoy the sport while learning.
Taking it up to the next level and preparing for interclubs and fights. These are more serious sessions focussing on improving technique and building strength. Includes pad work and technique work
